An older piece from my pioneering Photoshop days. The water effect on the stone was an accident that happened while I was chatting on the phone and not paying attention. It's not a filter either. It's just some airbrushing, magic wand, a little blur, more magic wand, some airbrushing...and eventually you get a cool "geode" effect.
